Christmas letter from the club's board

Dear members,

Dear friends,

Dear sponsors,

Another year full of challenges and changes lies behind us - a year that has put us all to the test. The world remains in flux, and the news of the past few months reflects this in dramatic fashion: the ongoing wars in Ukraine and the Middle East remind us how fragile peace is. At the same time, Donald Trump's return to the political stage in the USA is causing uncertainty, while the collapse of the traffic light coalition in Germany is presenting our country with new political challenges.

In the midst of these global and national uncertainties, the Christmas season invites us to pause and reflect on what is essential. It is a time of reflection, hope and solidarity. It reminds us that even in the midst of conflict and change, the beauty of life, the power of community and the belief in a better future endure.

TSV Allach 09 eV also remains an anchor for many in these turbulent times: a place of encounter, mutual support and shared commitment. Our community is a valuable asset that helps us to overcome challenges and look positively to the future.

With this in mind, we wish you and your families a peaceful Christmas and a hopeful start to the new year 2025. May these days give us all the strength and courage to look ahead, even in difficult times.

Report on the 1st men's team – TSV Allach 09 eV

The first men's team of TSV Allach 09 can look back on an eventful time in the district league. Under the leadership of the coaching team Florian Krimmer, Michael Scheuerer and Uli Fries, the team was able to achieve a solid 5th place in the table in the 2023/2024 season after a major upheaval. Despite numerous departures of established players and the addition of young, ambitious talents, the team showed an appealing performance. This placement reflected the successful mix of experience and a breath of fresh air that the team wanted to build on.

The current 2024/2025 season began promisingly with a successful start. However, injuries led to another upheaval, which caused the team to stumble for a while. A series of defeats presented the players and the coaching team with great challenges. But the team showed strength of character and fought back. At the end of the first half of the season, the team had stabilized and is in a mid-table position.

The team's development shows the potential and fighting spirit that it has. With the return of injured key players and the continued commitment of the coaching team, the second half of the season can be positive. Fans can look forward to seeing what this committed team will achieve in the coming games.
